Change Eye Color
Summary:
In this tutorial, we'll take a photograph of a person's eyes and learn to change the color to whichever color we want.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
1. Open the photo that has an eye in Photoshop.
2. Go into Quick Mask mode.
3. Select black from the Swatches palette. Use an appropriate sized brush and color over the colored part of the eyes of the photo (when you are in Quick Mask mode, the brush will paint a transparent red).
4. If the lashes are in the way of the colored part of the eye. Use a smaller sized brush to paint around them. (If you accidently paint over a lash, you can choose white from the Swatches palette to erase the selected transparent red areas).
5. Go into Edit in Standard Mode.
6. Goto Select > Inverse. You should now have only the eyes selected in your photograph.
7. Goto Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation.
8. Congratulations! You should now have your new eye color!
